Job DescriptionWe're Hiring | Sales & Business Development Executive (SaaS & AIDC Solutions) NAre you a passionate sales professional who enjoys building relationships, solving customer challenges, and closing deals? Join SoftServ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and help businesses transform with our innovative SaaS, Barcode, RFID, and AIDC solutions .What You'll Do NGenerate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals. NBuild and manage a healthy sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure. NUnderstand customer requirements and recommend the right SaaS and AIDC solutions. NConduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings (online & onsite). NDrive sales of our SaaS products, barcode solutions, barcode printers, scanners, RFID solutions, mobile computers, POS devices, and barcode consumables. NPrepare proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close deals. NDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and channel partners. NCollaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding. NAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.



What We're Looking For N✅ 1–4 years of experiencein Sales, Business Development, IT/Product Sales, or SaaS Sales. N✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. N✅ Strong customer relationship management and consultative selling abilities. N✅ Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn current technologies.
