The role will involve developing engaging, social-first written content across platforms, translating briefs into compelling copy, and ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and communication objectives. NThe ideal candidate should have a strong social-first mindset , be comfortable building and maintaining a content bank , and have a strong understanding of digital and social media communication. NKey Responsibilities: Nn Decode briefs to understand brand requirements, audience, and communication objectives. N Develop social-first copy and content ideas across relevant digital platforms. N Build and maintain a strong, relevant content bank for ongoing communication requirements. N Maintain consistency inbrand voice, tone, and messaging. N Write transparent, engaging, and persuasive copy across formats including social media, ads, websites, blogs, and scripts.



N Review, edit, and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, grammar, and tone. N Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to support content creation. N Stay updated on social media trends, content formats, and digital communication best practices. N Manage timelines and ensure adherence to agreed deliverables and turnaround times. NnMandatory Requirements: Nn 3-month remoteconsulting engagement. N Strong social-firstthinking and understanding of social media content. N Ability to build and maintain a robust content bank. N Strong command of Bengali is mandatory. N 0–1.5 years of experience in copywriting/content creation. N Strong written and verbal communication skills. N Excellent grammar, language, editing, and proofreading skills. N Basic understanding of social media and digital platforms. N Positive time management and ability to meet deadlines.
