Job DescriptionMPS Support & Deployment Specialist – Post Services | APAC NAbout the RolenWeare looking for a highly skilled MPS Support & Deployment Specialist to join the Post Services team. This role will provide technical and operational support to filmmakers and production teams, helping them effectively use Netflix’s MPS tools and ensuring post-production workflows remain operational and production timelines are protected. NThe role will also act asa bridge between production users and Product & Engineering teams by identifying recurring issues, gathering feedback and helping drive improvements to Netflix’s tools and workflows. NKey Responsibilitiesn N Provide best-in-class technical support to production teams and quickly troubleshoot issues impacting post-production workflows. N Monitor MPS automated file transfers and system health through operational dashboards and proactively identify potential issues. N Provide subject-matter expertise across core MPS tools and workflows, including: N Footage Ingest / Auto Ingest N Media Libraryn Conform Pulls N VFX Pullsn Dailies workflows N Media transfers and content workflows N Troubleshoot issues across post-production workflows and provide appropriate remediation rather than simply resolving individual support requests. N Gather and analyze recurring issues and feedback from production teams and translate these into actionable insights for Product and Engineering . N Partner with regional Production Technology teams to provide local workflow, production and market context. N Support the continuous improvement of tools, troubleshooting processes and production workflows. NnRequired Skills & Experience Nn 3+ years of experience in post-production support, production technology, media operations, vendor support or studio/network support. N Strong understanding of content creation,



on-set production and post-production workflows . N Hands-on experience with post-production tools such as: N Avid Media Composer N Adobe Premiere N FilmLight Baselight N Colorfront OSD / Transkoder N Autodesk PIX / Flow Capture N Asperan Strong understanding of workflows such as dailies, VFX pulls, conform, review & approval and media ingest . N Understanding of color science and post-production workflows . N Basic command-line proficiency and understanding of APIs and API interactions . N Knowledge of JSON, XML, CSV, ALE, EDL, MHL/ASC-MHL and FDL . N Familiarity with different storage environments including local storage, SAN and cloud storage . N Strong troubleshooting,analytical and problem-solving skills. N Excellent communicationand stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with production teams, vendors, Product and Engineering. NnWorking ModelnThis role operates in a flexible, global “follow-the-sun” support model and may require: Nn Rotational shifts N Night shiftsn Weekend support N Extended/off-hours coverage N Availability to supportproductions across different time zones NnThe successful candidate should be comfortable working in a production-critical environment where quick response, technical expertise and strong customer service are essential. NIdeal CandidatenThe ideal candidate will combine solid post-production expertise with technical troubleshooting and production support experience . Candidates from post-production studios, VFX organizations, OTT platforms, media technology companies, content service providers and studio/network environments would be highly relevant. NThe role requires someonewho can understand a production issue from both a creative workflow and technical perspective , resolve it effectively, and identify opportunities to improve the underlying tools and processes.
