Job Description Responsibility: Nn Cooperate with regional sales and local distributor; improve the satisfaction of end-user; n Responsible for regional technical support (on-line or on-site), make sure the Maglumi system works properly, improve the satisfaction of distributor and end-user; n Promote the reagent parameters and improve the reagent consumption per analyzer; n Collect the Maglumi installation information, and establish relationship and follow up the reference customers; n Give servicetraining to local engineers and establish relationship with engineers from different distributor, keep on guiding and improving their technical skills; n Apply reagent and spare parts for regional distributor and return the corresponding spare parts in time and follow up the complains; n Other tasks needed from Snibe Nn Requirements： Nn More than 5 years’ experience worked in IVD area, have solid technical skills, ability to work independently and perform well under pressure; n Immunoassay experience is more preferred N Able to use English as working language.
