Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. NShould have good experience in driving Agile Projects, especially in Scrum Framework. N PMP / PRINCE2 / CSM is a plus. N Responsibilities Nn Responsible for managing Product Development & Support team N Responsible for Scrum Ceremonies N Responsible for P&L; of multiple accounts N Supervise delivery and support projects N Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget N Manage changes to the project scope,



project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques N Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques N Report and escalate to management as needed N Manage the relationshipwith the client and all stakeholders N Perform risk managementto minimize project risks N Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation N Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Nn Desired Candidate Profile Nn Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT N Relevant experience of at least 4+ years as a Project Manager N Positive communication and presentation skills N Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills N Experienced in working with agile environment Nnn Must be a flexible team player N Experienced in handlinga team of 15+ members N Previous experience in software development required N Proficient in using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, et al.
