Job Description Job Title: Central QA (CQA) Manager N Location: Kolkata (Onsite - Work from Office) N About the Role: NWe are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Central QA (CQA) Manager to lead quality assurance operations across third-party manufacturing units. The role will be responsible for ensuring consistent product quality, packaging compliance, process adherence, and finished goods standards across the supply chain while supporting seamless commercialization in a fast-paced beauty and personal care environment. N Key Responsibilities: Nn Drive end-to-end quality assurance processes across third-party manufacturing units and suppliers. N Conduct regular visits and audits at 3P manufacturing locations to ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and regulatory requirements. N Monitor and ensure packaging material quality, finished goods quality, and process compliance across production batches. N Collaborate closely with manufacturing, R&D;, sourcing, packaging, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues and improve operational efficiency. N Lead root cause analysis (RCA), CAPA implementation, deviation management, and quality improvement initiatives. N Ensure timely closure of quality observations, audit findings, and non-conformance reports.



N Support technology transfer and commercialization of new formulations from R&D; to manufacturing units. N Maintain QA documentation, batch records, specifications, test reports, and quality MIS trackers. N Ensure compliance with internal quality systems, GMP standards, and regulatory requirements. N Monitor supplier quality performance and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. Nn Preferred Skills & Know-how: Nn Solid expertise in Quality Assurance / Quality Control within skincare, cosmetics, or personal care industry. N Good understanding of packaging quality, finished goods quality, and manufacturing quality systems. N Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities. N Experience handling audits, CAPA, deviation management, and process improvement initiatives. N Exposure to technology transfer of formulations and commercialization processes preferred. N Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder coordination across manufacturing and supply chain teams. Nn Experience Requirements: Nn 6–10 years of experience in QA/QC within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, FMCG, or personal care industry. N Master’s degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Technology, Chemical Engineering, Oil Technology, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutics, or related field. N Prior experience working with third-party manufacturing units preferred. N
