N Position: State Financial Controller - Maharashtra N Location: Supa, Ahmednagar N Areas covered: North Maharashtra, South Maharashtra, Central Maharashtra & Ratlam N Department: Finance & Accounts N Reports To: GM - Regional Finance & Accounts and Site Director N Position Type: Full time N Qualification: CA / ICWA / MBA – Finance N Key Responsibilities: N1. Financial Reporting& Compliance: Nn Oversee the preparation and review of accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual), ensuring compliance with accounting principles. N Ensure the organizationadheres to financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards. N Manage the annual auditprocess, liaising with external auditors and ensuring all necessary documentation is prepared. Nn2. Financial Control & Process Improvement: Nn Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy. N Continuously improve accounting processes, including the automation and streamlining of financial reporting and reconciliation procedures. N Ensure timely and accurate financial close and reporting cycles. Nn3. Budgeting & Financial Planning: Nn Lead the budgeting process, including forecasting and financial analysis. N Develop and implement strategic financial plans that align with organizational goals. N Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance, identifying and addressing potential issues related to cash flow, revenue, and cost management. Nn4. Team Leadership & Development:



Nn Manage and mentorthe finance team, setting clear performance expectations and fostering professional development. N Provide leadership in ahigh-performance culture, ensuring the team’s effectiveness and engagement. N Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of finance professionals, ensuring strong bench strength. Nn5. Cash Flow Management & Treasury: Nn Oversee cash flowmanagement and ensure the business has adequate liquidity to meet operational needs. N Monitor working capital, capital expenditures, and financing needs, making recommendations to improve financial health. Nn6. Financial Analysis & Strategic Support: Nn Provide timely and accurate financial analysis to support decision-making, including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial projections. N Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial goals align with business objectives. N Support senior leadership with insights and advice on financial strategy, growth, and operational improvements. Nn7. Risk Management: Nn Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. N Lead efforts in insurance management, compliance risk, and other financial risks. N Ensure effective risk assessment and management frameworks are in place to protect the organization’s assets. Nn8. Stakeholder Communication: Nn Prepare and present financial reports and updates to senior management, the board of directors, and other stakeholders. N Communicate financial performance, key metrics, and strategic recommendations to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable way. N
