Job Description Job Description NWe are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience and solid expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials . Candidates with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain experience are highly preferred. NThe consultant will be responsible for end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client-facing activities. N Key Responsibilities Nn Lead businessrequirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional workshops . N Configure and implementOracle Fusion Financials modules including: N General Ledger (GL) N Accounts Payable (AP) N Accounts Receivable(AR) N Fixed Assets (FA) N Cash Management (CM) N Expenses n Analyze and support EPC-specific finance processes including project accounting, project billing, subcontractor billing, revenue recognition, retention accounting, cost allocation, and financial controls . N Drive end-to-end implementation activities including CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support . N Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials,



and business process documentation . N Support period-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting . N Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions . N Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants. N Engage directly with client stakeholders, business users, and project teams in a client-facing onsite environment. Nn Mandatory Requirements Nn 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience . N Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials . N Strong expertise in multiple Oracle Finance modules, particularly GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses . N Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations . N Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills . N Ability to work independently in an onsite/client-facing role . N Experience with EPCbusiness processes is highly preferred. NnEducation & Certification Nn BE / MBA / CA(Inter/Final) or equivalent academic qualification. N Oracle Certification is an added advantage. Nn
