Join our team and lead service operations for Google Cloud database support environments.

Experience: 6to 8 Years

What You'll Do

✅ Monitor case flow, quality, queue performance, and SLA/SLO compliance

✅ Drive operational excellence and process adherence

✅ Lead coaching, onboarding, and training initiatives

✅ Manage escalations and stakeholder communications

✅ Analyze operational metrics and provide actionable insights

What We're Looking For

✔ Understanding of Database Technologies

✔ Strong Service Operations and Metrics knowledge

✔ Experience with Case Management Systems & Dashboards

✔ Reporting and Analytical Skills

✔ Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Management

Positive to Have: Google Cloud certifications and Cloud/Managed Services experience.
