- Support the CIS team in coordination tasks
- Source and screen candidate profiles as per requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates
- Maintain and update data using MS Excel
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Assist in basic QA tasks and documentation
- Ensure smooth execution of recruitment and onboarding processes
