- Responsibility for local dispatch .
- Responsibility for dispatch - 100% on time .
- Responsibility for logistic for dispatch inter plant & customer.
- Responsibility for freight bill process on time in Elexia system .
- Co-ordination with internal stakeholders (Production, Planning , NPQA , Plant dispatch for ensuring smooth dispatch operation
- Co-ordination with central planning team for resolving any matter related with HO-Planning, Logistics, GBS.
- Compliance to QA guidelines. QMS documentation / Audit & Compliance. ISO 9001:2015
- Compliance to HSE guidelines. HIRA / Audit & Compliance. ISO 45001:2018
- Compliance to Environment (EMS) guidelines. Aspect-Impact / Audit & Compliance. ISO 14001:2018
- Resources handling (Manpower, vendor, MHE's).
- Compliance to External / Internal audits.
- SOP/ WI review and Creating recent SOP / WI if require.
- Driving 5's, TQM, DWM, and Safety Culture within department.
- Idea generation and Kaizen reporting - tracking.
- Safety culture roll out from top to bottom line, Provide platform to team members for Unsafe act, Unsafe condition & Near miss reporting.
- CAPA preparation in case of any incident. Incident investigation.
- P2P cycle monitoring. PR creation,
tracking, PO creation, Bill processing etc.
- Providing monthly provision to costing team for all the services related to dispatch Dept.
- Training & development of team members for all activities oo dispatch
- Problem solving and resource management for smooth functioning of department.
- MIS preparation / Ensure timely submission of Daily-Weekly-Monthly reports to management.
- Ensure legal / statutory compliance
- Take lead of Cost saving and improvement projects within department.
- NCM material realization and way forwards the removal
- Asset care / PM Schedule of critical equipments of warehouse. Co-ordinate with plant maintenance team (MECH, ELECT, INST)
- Responsibility for hired vehicle & optimized utilization
- Responsibility for Export dispatch on time & timely logistic arrangement /compliance
- Responsibility for hazardous waste dispatch on time & statutory compliance.
- Responsibility for logistic ARC .
- Responsibility for job work /3PL activity /SAP/statutory compliance/reconciliation
