We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our hotel project in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale hotel construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the hotel project from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Hospitality Management, Construction Management, or related field.
- 15-23 years of experience in project management, specifically in hotel or hospitality projects.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and standards.
