- We are seeking a Planning Engineer with 8-13 years of experience to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and overseeing project plans, ensuring that engineering projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Planning, monitoring, reviewing, rescheduling, and reporting of progress of work.
- Preparation of Project Schedules and Tracking Reports
- Participating in Meetings and preparing MOMs.& for entire Document management
- Must know MSP tool efficiently

Responsibilities

- Develop and implement project plans and schedules to ensure timely completion of engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align project goals.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed engineering projects.
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.




- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders and management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize project management tools and software to track project performance.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related field) from a recognized institution.
- 8-13 years of experience in planning engineering or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Proficient in engineering software and tools relevant to the specific engineering discipline.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Familiarity with budgeting and cost estimation for engineering projects.
