We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of engineering principles and hands-on experience in managing construction projects. This role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

- Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on site activities and project status to management.




- Manage and supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 4-9 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
- Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
