Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project alignment with specifications.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.




- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 7-12 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations in India.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
