Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager for our construction projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Responsibilities

- Plan and oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and address any issues that arise during construction.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors.





Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 18-28 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
- Robust understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of budgeting and financial management in construction projects.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
