As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of specialized applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance application performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Open Text ECM Tools.
- Strong experience in application design and configuration within enterprise content management environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to content management systems.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle processes and best practices.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess system requirements and optimize performance.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Open Text ECM Tools.
- This position is based at DDC 1 - STPI.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
