Responsibilities:

- Strategic Sales Planning & Execution — Formulate and implement sales strategy to exceed revenue targets in South India; identify high-potential markets/sectors; provide accurate sales forecasts.
- New Business Development — Proactively identify sales leads and target industries; generate leads via CRM, social media, industry events, and networks; deliver product demos and presentations on Graebert's CAD solutions.
- Client Relationship Management — Build and maintain long-term client relationships; drive customer retention through follow-ups and issue resolution; act as primary regional point of contact.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure — Craft tailored proposals/quotations; lead contract negotiations; own the full sales process from prospecting to closing.
- Channel Development & Management — Develop and execute channel sales strategy, including identifying, recruiting, and onboarding recent resellers/distributors; provide partners with tools, training, and support; monitor and improve channel partner performance.




- Marketing & Brand Promotion — Plan regional marketing initiatives (trade shows, conferences, webinars); ensure consistent brand positioning with marketing team; track industry/competitor intelligence to refine strategy.
- Collaboration & Team Leadership — Work cross-functionally with BD, marketing, product, and support teams; mentor and guide the regional sales team; report to senior management on performance, trends, and challenges.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical field (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Computer Science); MBA or equivalent in Sales/Marketing/Business preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas in a competitive market.
- Strong customer service knowledge and client-facing skills.
- Familiarity with CAD software, industry trends, and ability to quickly learn new technologies.
