We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Associate to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be Talent Acquisition and Intern Management , along with supporting day-to-day HR activities. The candidate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews, follow-ups, selection, offer roll-outs, and onboarding. The role will also involve managing interns throughout their internship journey, including onboarding, communication, attendance, performance tracking, feedback, coordination with mentors, and completion formalities. The HR Associate will also work closely with colleges, placement cells, candidates, interns, and internal teams to support hiring and talent development initiatives. In addition, the role will involve maintaining HR records, supporting employee engagement activities, assisting with HR documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination of day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should enjoy working with people, be comfortable taking ownership of tasks, and have a genuine interest in building teams and identifying talent.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field

- Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Confident in interacting with candidates, interns, colleges, and internal teams





- Good organizational and coordination skills

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently

- Solid follow-up and time-management skills

- Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Sheets

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly

- Good documentation and record-keeping skills

- Prior exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition, campus hiring, college coordination, or intern management is an added advantage.

- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and take ownership of responsibilities

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team
