Role OverviewWe are looking for a versatile and security-consciousFull-Stack QA Automation Engineerto lead our end-to-end testing strategy. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of both frontend and backend systems, utilizing a hybrid approach ofSelenium/ Playwrightfor custom-coded frameworks andLow-Code/No-Codetools for rapid test expansion. Beyond functional correctness, you will integrate security parameters into the testing lifecycle to identify vulnerabilities before they reach production.Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Automation & Framework DevelopmentSelenium/ Playwright Mastery:Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python/C#).Hybrid Strategy:Implement and manageLow-Code/No-Code(LCNC) automation tools (e.g., Katalon, Testim, mabl, or ACCELQ) to accelerate test coverage for reliable UI components and business workflows.Full-Stack Testing:Perform comprehensive testing across the stack, including UI validation, API/Microservices testing, and database integrity checks.2. Security & Compliance IntegrationVulnerability Scanning:Integrate automated security testing tools (DAST/SAST) into the CI/CD pipeline.Parameter Testing:Validate the application against theOWASP Top 10(SQL Injection, XSS, CSRF, etc.)
and ensure proper handling of authentication and authorization protocols.Data Protection:Verify encryption standards and data privacy compliance across all product layers.3. CI/CD & DevSecOpsIncorporate automated tests into Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions to enable "Shift-Left" testing.Collaborate with DevOps to ensure environment stability and automated reporting of quality/security gates.4. Strategy & CollaborationAnalyze complex business requirements to create end-to-end test plans.Mentor junior QA members on best practices for both scripted and scriptless automation.Partner with developers to perform root-cause analysis of defects and security flaws.Required Skills & QualificationsExperience:3+years in Software Quality Assurance with at least 3 years focused on automation.Automation Tools:Expert proficiency inSelenium/ Playwright.Programming:Strong coding skills inJava, Typescript or JavaScript.Backend Skills:Proficiency inAPI Testing(Postman, REST Assured) andSQLfor database validation.Security Mindset:Practical knowledge of security testing principles and tools (e.g., OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, or Snyk).Environment:Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment with Jira and Git.We are looking for candidates with hands-on experience in automation testing, particularly using Playwright.
