About the rolePooja Enterprises is setting up a new manufacturing facility at Maroli. This role is responsible for making sure every part of the setup happens on time — construction, interiors, machinery, internal systems and material handling. All technical and commercial decisions will be taken by management. Your job is to track everything, chase every agency, document what is happening, and make sure nothing is missed.

ResponsibilitiesSite and constructionBe present at the site daily and send a photo progress reportFollow up with civil contractor, fabricator, electrical, plumbing and crane supplierCheck that executed work matches approved drawings and report differences immediatelyCoordinate site visits of our structural engineer for critical checksInterior workTrack the interior work in progress against the approved scopeMaintain a live checklist of what is completed, what is pending and what is delayedFlag quality issues and get them corrected before the agency leaves siteMachinery and internal systemsMaintain the master list of machinery and equipment to be purchased,



with status of each itemFollow up with suppliers on quotations, delivery dates and installation schedulesCoordinate requirements for internal systems — compressed air, electrical distribution, water lines, exhaustCoordinate requirements for internal material movement — cranes, trolleys, material storage and flow between sectionsSelection and specification will be decided by management; you will collect information, follow up and executeDocumentation and SOPsPrepare checklists for each activity and update them regularlyDraft SOPs for factory operations as guided by managementMaintain a easy weekly project tracker showing planned vs actualSupport the shifting of the workshop from Surat to Maroli

RequirementsDiploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering1 to 3 years site experience; industrial project experience preferredAble to read civil, structural and electrical drawingsMust be able to write clear checklists, reports and SOPs in English or GujaratiGood working knowledge of Excel and WhatsApp reportingShould stay in Navsari, Maroli, Bilimora or nearby areaTwo-wheeler and valid licence

What we are looking for in the personStrong follow-up ability and a habit of writing things down. This role is about chasing many agencies at the same time and keeping a clear record of what is done and what is pending. We want someone who physically verifies work rather than accepting a phone confirmation.
