The intern will assist in planning and executing internal audit assignments under the guidance of senior team members, including reviewing financial records, processes, and controls. Typical tasks include supporting the preparation of audit working papers and reports, performing data analysis, and helping identify control gaps and process improvements. The role involves coordinating with client personnel to obtain information,



documenting findings clearly, and contributing to recommendations that enhance compliance and operational efficiency. The intern will also support ad hoc audit-related projects and maintain accurate records in line with firm policies and skilled standards.QualificationsStrong understanding of Finance and basic accounting principles appropriate for an internal audit environmentAbility to contribute to Financial Audits and preparation of Audit Reports with attention to detail and accuracyWell-developed Analytical Skills for reviewing data, identifying trends, and assessing risksEffective Communication skills for interacting with clients and team members, and documenting audit findings clearlyPursuing or recently completed a degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProficiency with spreadsheets and basic office software; familiarity with audit tools is an advantageHigh level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in handling financial informationAbility to work on-site in Nagpur, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team-based environment
