Experience:7–8 YearsLocation:Noida, Sec-156Employment Type:Full-Time | Work from OfficeQualification:Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and commercially awareChartered Accountant (CA)to take ownership of key finance, accounting, taxation, compliance, audit, and financial reporting functions.This role requires someone who is equally comfortable withhands-on financial operations and management-level financial analysis. The ideal candidate should be able to ensure strong financial controls and statutory compliance while providing meaningful financial insights that support business decisions.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Accounting & ReportingOversee and review day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy of books of accounts.Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing and finalization of accounts.Review general ledger, provisions, accruals, reconciliations, and financial schedules.Prepare and reviewProfit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statements, and other financial reports.Ensure accounting practices are aligned with applicable accounting standards and company policies.Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, working capital, and cash flow.MIS, Budgeting & Financial AnalysisPrepare and review monthlyMIS and management reports.Analyze revenue, costs, margins, profitability, and key financial variances.Prepare annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and budget-vs-actual analysis.Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities and present actionable insights to management.Develop and monitor financial KPIs to support business performance.Assist management with financial planning and commercial decision-making.Taxation & Statutory ComplianceManage and reviewGST, TDS, Income Tax,
and other applicable statutory compliances.Ensure timely and accurate filing of statutory returns and payment of dues.Oversee GST reconciliations, input tax credit, TDS reconciliations, and related compliance.Handle tax notices, assessments, queries, and supporting documentation.Ensure compliance with applicable provisions of theCompanies Act and other financial regulations.Stay updated with changes in taxation and regulatory requirements and assess their impact on the business.Audit & Internal ControlsManagestatutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other financial reviews.Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, and other external professionals.Ensure timely preparation of audit schedules, documentation, and responses.Establish, review, and strengtheninternal financial controls and SOPs.Identify control gaps, compliance risks, and process inefficiencies and drive corrective actions.Banking, Cash Flow & Working CapitalMonitor daily and projected cash-flow requirements.Manage banking relationships and financial documentation.Oversee bank reconciliations, fund transfers, and payment controls.Monitor receivables and payables to improve working-capital efficiency.Support management in banking, credit facilities, and other finance-related requirements.Process & Team ManagementSupervise and guide the Accounts & Finance team and review their work.Establish clear processes, timelines,
and accountability within the finance function.Drive improvements and automation in accounting, reporting, and compliance processes.Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Sales, Operations, and other departments on financial matters.Ensure financial records and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and audit-ready.Candidate RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA).7–8 years of relevant post-qualification experiencein Finance & Accounts.Strong hands-on knowledge ofGST, TDS, Income Tax, statutory compliance, audits, and finalization of accounts.Strong understanding of financial statements, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management.Experience handling statutory and tax audits independently.Strong knowledge of Indian accounting and regulatory requirements.Advanced proficiency inMS Exceland good working knowledge of accounting/ERP systems.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.Experience managing or supervising an Accounts & Finance team.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to take independent ownership of responsibilities and work closely with senior management.What We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who goes beyond routine accounting.The right candidate will be a finance qualified who cantake ownership of the function, identify risks before they become problems, strengthen financial controls, improve processes, maintain strong compliance, and provide meaningful financial insights to management.We value someone who understands that finance is not only about reporting what has already happened—it is abouthelping the business understand what is happening, why it is happening, and what should be done next.
