Job Summary:We are looking for a

Senior Accountant Officer (Civil)

with

10+ years of experience

in the

construction industry , specializing in

large-scale projects (townships, residential, and commercial).

The ideal candidate must have expertise in

construction material procurement, cost control, and project accounting.Key Responsibilities:1. Accounting & Financial Management:Maintain

project-wise accounting

and financial records.Prepare

financial statements, budgets, and cost reports.Ensure compliance with

GST, TDS, and other tax regulations.2. Project Accounting & Cost Control:Track

expenses, revenues, and profit margins

for construction projects.Handle

work-in-progress (WIP) accounting

and material consumption reports.Implement

cost control measures

and minimize financial risks.3. Procurement & Vendor Management:Oversee

procurement of construction materials

and supplier payments.Verify

purchase orders, contracts,



and invoices

for accuracy.Negotiate with vendors for

better pricing and credit terms.4. Compliance & Reporting:Ensure

statutory compliance

with financial and labor laws.Generate

MIS reports

on project expenses and financial health.Liaise with

auditors and tax consultants

when required.Qualifications & Experience:Education:

M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.Experience:

Minimum

10 years in construction accounting.Industry Expertise:

Worked on

large construction projects

(townships, residential, commercial).Key Skills:• Robust

construction material procurement knowledge• Expertise in

cost control & project accounting• Proficiency in

GST, TDS, and financial compliance• Ability to

work under deadlines & manage multiple projects
