Role Purpose:To support the R&D; team in preparing seasoning samples, managing raw materials, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring smooth lab operations.





Key Responsibilities:Sample PreparationPrepare seasoning samples as per provided recipesEnsure accurate weighing and mixing of ingredientsMaintain consistency across batchesInventory ManagementTrack and manage raw material stock in the labHighlight low stock and support replenishmentEnsure proper storage and labeling of materialsDocumentation & SystemsUpdate records in Salesforce and ExcelMaintain sample coding, labels, and traceabilityRecord trial details and maintain logsLab ManagementMaintain cleanliness and hygiene standardsOrganize lab materials, samples, and equipmentSupport day-to-day R&D; activities and trials

Ideal Candidate Profile:B.Sc.

in Chemistry, Food Science, Microbiology or a related fieldFreshers or up to 1 year of experience

Key Skills Required:Basic laboratory knowledge and measurement skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyAbility to follow recipes, instructions and processes preciselyBasic computer skills, including Excel and data entryOrganized, disciplined and reliable approachGood time management and willingness to perform hands-on, repetitive tasks
