Role Overview We are seeking aContract Insurance Analyst to support the implementation ofRiskonnect, an enterprise insurance and claims management platform.This role will partner closely with the Insurance Risk Manager andproject stakeholders to support data preparation, systemconfiguration, testing, and reporting. This is a hands‑on,execution‑focused role well suited for a detail‑oriented analystwho enjoys working with insurance data, systems, and structuredprocesses. The role will be heavily involved in ensuring thatinsurance and claims information is accurate, complete, and usablewithin Riskonnect. Primary Focus: Riskonnect Implementation SupportThe majority of this role will be dedicated to supporting thebuild, testing, and rollout of Riskonnect, including: * Supportingdata gathering, cleansing, and preparation for upload intoRiskonnect (policies, claims, exposure schedules) * Assisting withdata migration, validation, and reconciliation against sourcedocuments and legacy spreadsheets * Helping configure and test: oInsurance policy records and coverage details o Claims intake,tracking, and lifecycle workflows o User roles, permissions, andbasic reporting * Participating in user acceptance testing (UAT)and documenting issues, defects, and enhancement requests *Supporting creation of system documentation, job aids,



and basictraining materials * Acting as a point of coordination betweeninternal users and the Riskonnect implementation team for testingfeedback and issue resolution Success in this role means clean,reliable insurance and claims data in Riskonnect and a smoothtransition to ongoing system use. Secondary Responsibilities *Assist with day‑to‑day insurance administration as needed duringthe implementation period * Support claims tracking and reporting *Help prepare renewal data, exposure summaries, and schedules forinternal and external use * Maintain organized records of policies,claims documentation, and correspondence Required Qualifications *2–4 years of experience in insurance, risk management, finance,accounting, or a related analytical role * Familiarity withcommercial insurance concepts (property, casualty, claims) * Strongattention to detail and comfort working with data, spreadsheets,and structured information * Ability to follow defined processeswhile identifying data quality issues or inconsistencies * Strongorganizational and communication skills * Ability to workindependently in a contract setting Preferred Qualifications *Experience with Riskonnect (policy, claims, or reporting modules) *Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, or datamigrations * Exposure to utilities, energy, infrastructure, orregulated industries * Advanced Excel skills, including datacleanup, reconciliation, and analysis * Experience working withinsurance brokers, claims adjusters, or third‑partyvendors
