HR Operations Manager – KSA (Based in UAE) Location:Sharjah, UAE (Managing Saudi Arabia Operations) Job Summary:Responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations for KSA whilebased in the UAE, ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws,visa processes, Saudization, and government regulations. KeyResponsibilities: Manage KSA HR operations including onboarding,offboarding, documentation, and payroll coordination. Handle allvisa processes (recent, renewal, transfer, exit/re-entry, final exit).Manage government portals including Qiwa , Muqeem , and Absher .Ensure compliance with Ministry of Human Resources and SocialDevelopment regulations. Monitor Saudization (Nitaqat) status andmaintain compliance. Oversee trade license renewals andcoordination with government authorities. Requirements: 7+ years ofHR Operations experience with strong KSA exposure. In-depthknowledge of Saudi Labor Law and government processes. Experiencemanaging KSA operations remotely from UAE preferred.
