About theRole Company: Aqilea India Exp Range : 2 to 4 years Location:Bangalore (Hybrid) Role : Site Reliability Engineer(SRE) RoleSummary We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to build,maintain, and improve reliable, scalable, and secure cloudinfrastructure. The role focuses on automation, system reliability,performance optimization, monitoring, and operational excellencewhile working closely with development and cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain cloudinfrastructure on Azure or GCP. Automate infrastructure andoperational tasks using Python or scripting languages.



Develop andmanage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Monitor system healthand performance using Grafana, Splunk, and other observabilitytools. Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis(RCA), and implement preventive solutions. Participate in incidentmanagement, change management, and on-call support. Improve systemavailability, scalability, and reliability through continuousoptimization. Ensure infrastructure complies with security andorganizational standards. Collaborate with development andoperations teams to deliver reliable solutions. Prepare technicaldocumentation, runbooks, and operational procedures. Follow DevOpsbest practices and Agile methodologies. Required Skills 2–4 yearsof experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, PlatformEngineering, or Infrastructure Operations. Proficiency in Python orother scripting languages. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azureor Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Experience with GitHub Actions andCI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of monitoring and observability toolssuch as Grafana and Splunk. Strong understanding of Linux, Git,cloud infrastructure, and system reliability.
