About the Role We are looking for an experiencedDevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain theinfrastructure that powers our applications and services. You willwork closely with our development, QA, and IT teams to automate andstreamline operations, monitor system performance, and ensure thereliability of our deployments. This is a outstanding opportunity for ahands-on engineer who wants to own cloud infrastructure end-to-endand help scale a growing platform in India. Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure Management Design, deploy, and manage cloudinfrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Implement andmaintain scalable container orchestration using Docker andKubernetes. CI/CD Pipeline Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines toautomate testing, building, and deployment using GitHub Actions andGoogle Cloud Run. Collaborate with development teams to integratenew features into the CI/CD process. Monitoring and Logging Set upand manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using toolssuch as Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, and New Relic. Ensuresystem reliability, performance, and availability through proactivemonitoring and incident response. Database Management Administerand optimize MongoDB instances, ensuring data integrity,performance, and security. Implement backup, recovery, and disasterrecovery strategies for MongoDB and other databases. Security andCompliance Implement security best practices across infrastructure,applications, and data. Ensure compliance with applicable Indiandata protection and security regulations, as well as internalpolicies. Automation and Scripting Automate infrastructureprovisioning, configuration management,



and system operations usingGCP services. Develop custom scripts to enhance automation andoperational efficiency. Collaboration and Support Work closely withdevelopment and QA teams to support the software developmentlifecycle. Provide technical guidance and support to resolveinfrastructure-related issues. Qualifications Education Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (orequivalent professional experience). Experience 5+ years ofexperience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role. Strongexperience with Docker, including container orchestration usingKubernetes. Hands-on experience with GCP services, includingCompute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Run, and GKE. Experience withElasticsearch for monitoring, logging, and search. Proficiencyadministering and optimizing MongoDB databases. Skills Strongscripting skills in Python, Bash, or a similar language.Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform orAnsible. Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions orCircleCI. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaborativelyacross teams, including distributed and international colleagues.Must be legally authorized to work in India. Nice to HaveExperience with additional cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Certifications inDocker, GCP, or related technologies.
