Position Overview: We are currently seeking ahighly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our teamas an Airport Ground Staff. This is a full-time position that willrequire you to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Asa member of our ground staff, you will play a crucial role inensuring the smooth operation of the airport and providingexcellent customer service to our passengers. Key Responsibilities:- Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, boardinggate, and arrival areas - Check passengers' tickets, passports, andother travel documents - Assist passengers with baggage check-inand retrieval - Provide information and assistance to passengersregarding flight schedules, delays,



and other travel-relatedinquiries - Coordinate with other airport staff and airlines toensure timely and efficient boarding and departure of flights -Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professionaland courteous manner - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness andsafety of the airport terminal - Assist passengers with specialneeds, such as elderly or disabled individuals - Collaborate withother ground staff members to ensure a smooth flow of operations -Adhere to all airport and airline safety regulations and procedures- Perform any other duties as assigned by the airport managementteam. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent -Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability towork in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strongproblem-solving and decision-making skills - Ability to work in ateam and independently - Physically fit and able to lift heavybaggage - Knowledge of basic computer skills - Fluency in Englishand Hindi (additional languages are a plus) - Previous experiencein the aviation industry is preferred but not required.
