- Payment Processing: Record checks, cash, and digital payments into financial ledgers.
- Dispute Resolution: Fix billing errors and answer customer questions about charges.
- Follow-ups: Contact clients with overdue balances to secure late payments.
- Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date account databases and financial logs
