- Operations & Workflow: Plan work shifts to match production and dispatch targets.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, sanitation guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve machine setup or packing line issues to avoid delays.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs, inventory counts of packing materials, and productivity reports.
