- Machine Operation & Setup: Set up, calibrate, and operate hydraulic compression molding presses (ranging from 100 to 400+ tons) according to production schedules and engineering guidelines.
- Molding & Material Handling: Accurately place pre-measured FRP materials, reinforcement mats, or SMC charges into the mold cavities. Control press parameters including tonnage pressure, platen heating temperatures, and cycle/curing times.
- Quality Control: Inspect finished manhole and gully covers for surface defects, air pockets, warping, or incorrect thickness. Ensure structural integrity and compliance with load-bearing standards.
- Trimming & Finishing: Oversee the demolding process and coordinate with finishing teams for flashing removal, trimming, and surface touch-ups.
- Routine Maintenance & Troubleshooting:



Perform daily pre-start checks on hydraulic systems, clean and maintain molds using appropriate release agents, and troubleshoot minor mechanical or pressure issues to minimize downtime.
- Safety & Workplace Compliance: Strictly follow factory safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a clean, organized work area around high-heat machinery and resin materials.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
