1. Staff Supervision:

- Oversee and manage household staff including maids, cooks, cleaners, and drivers.
- Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure timely and proper completion of duties.
- Maintain staff discipline, punctuality, and attendance records.

2. Household Operations:

- Ensure the smooth functioning of daily household activities including cleaning, laundry, cooking, and maintenance.
- Monitor household supplies and restock as needed without overspending.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.

3. Vehicle & Driver Oversight:

- Manage driver schedules as per family requirements.
- Track vehicle maintenance, fuel usage, and service needs.
- Maintain logs and ensure vehicles are in protected and proper condition.

4. Budget & Expense Management:

- Maintain records of all household expenses and stay within the assigned budget.
- Identify and control unnecessary spending or wastage.
- Submit weekly or monthly expense reports to the homeowner.

5. Maintenance & Coordination:

- Arrange for repair or maintenance work as needed
- Ensure all home appliances and systems are functional.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
