About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and highly responsible Store Head who can take complete ownership of the day-to-day functioning of our experience centre.

This is a hands-on role. The Store Head will be responsible for everything from client servicing, sales and billing to inventory, visual merchandising and overall store management.

We are looking for someone who combines strong retail and operational skills with an excellent eye for interiors and design.

Key Responsibilities

- Take complete responsibility for the daily operations of the store
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers, interior designers and architects
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable furniture, lighting and décor
- Drive store sales and actively work towards monthly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, invoices and bills and manage the POS/billing system
- Handle payments and maintain accurate daily sales records
- Manage complete store inventory and maintain accurate stock records
- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile inventory




- Coordinate incoming stock, outgoing orders, deliveries and installations
- Follow up with customers on enquiries, quotations and pending orders
- Maintain a database of customers, architects and interior designers
- Build long-term relationships with architects, interior designers and repeat clients
- Understand product specifications, dimensions, materials, finishes, pricing and customization options
- Maintain product tags, pricing and display information
- Take ownership of visual merchandising and ensure the store always looks beautifully styled
- Regularly refresh displays and create inspiring furniture and décor combinations
- Ensure the store consistently reflects Zenara’s premium and design-led positioning
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security and other support staff
- Ensure the experience centre is clean, organised and customer-ready at all times
- Coordinate with the warehouse/logistics team for dispatches and deliveries
- Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure a high level of after-sales service
- Support photoshoots, events, designer previews and brand activations at the store
- Coordinate with the marketing/content team whenever products or spaces are required for shoots
- Provide regular reports on sales, inventory, enquiries, customer feedback and store requirements




- Take overall ownership of the store and proactively identify and solve day-to-day operational issues

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
- Previous experience in furniture, home décor, interiors, luxury retail or lifestyle retail is strongly preferred
- Interior Design, Interior Styling or Architecture background will be an advantage
- Solid understanding and appreciation of furniture, décor, materials and contemporary design
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Strong sales ability and confidence in handling premium clients
- Comfortable interacting with architects and interior designers
- Experience with billing, POS systems and inventory management
- Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and basic computer applications
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Well-presented, professional and detail-oriented
- Ability to independently manage a store and take ownership
- Comfortable working in a growing, entrepreneurial environment

We want a person who can welcome a designer, understand their project, help them select the right pieces, close the sale, prepare the bill, ensure the inventory is updated, coordinate the delivery and still notice if a lamp or chair isn’t styled correctly in the showroom.
