JOB ROLE: Sales & Marketing Executive –[ Building Materials ]

Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, architects, engineers, and project consultants.
- Identify recent business opportunities and expand the company’s customer and dealer network.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
- Achieve assigned monthly and yearly sales targets
- Promote and sell building materials and construction chemical products.
- Coordinate with the technical and dispatch teams for product demonstrations, samples, orders, and deliveries.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations at construction sites whenever required.
- Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports covering sales, visits, leads, orders, collections, and market activities

Required Skills





- Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of the building materials / construction chemical industry will be preferred.
- Ability to develop relationships with dealers, contractors, builders, and project teams.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for market visits and site meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in any relevant field.
- Experience: 1–5 years in sales/marketing, preferably in building materials, construction chemicals, tiles, cement, waterproofing, adhesives, or related industries.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered

Pay: ₹11,434.22 - ₹33,291.99 per month
