Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Center Business Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our healthcare center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth center operations, driving business growth, managing staff, and delivering an excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage overall center operations and ensure efficient service delivery.

* Supervise and guide Nurses, Phlebotomists, Receptionists, and other support staff.

* Drive revenue growth through prescription conversion and patient engagement initiatives.

* Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase patient footfall.





* Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals for seamless operations.

* Resolve patient concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction.

* Manage inventory, ensure stock availability, and maintain compliance with company policies.

* Monitor operational performance and achieve business targets.

Eligibility

* Graduate in any discipline (BHM/MHA preferred).

* Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Healthcare, Hospital, Diagnostics, or Nursing Home operations.

* Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.

* Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Work Schedule

* Working Days: 6 Days (1 Rotational Off)

* Timing: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM
