About the Role

Virtuosic Tech is looking for an experienced Practice Leader – Network Platforms &

Observability to establish and grow a combined consulting capability across enterprise

networking, cloud connectivity, operational visibility, and reliability engineering. This is not a

delivery management role; it is a consulting, solutioning, and capability-building role for

someone who enjoys engaging enterprise customers, solving complex infrastructure and

operational challenges, and building a modern consulting practice from the ground up.

The role will work closely with Enterprise Sales, Delivery, AI specialists, and other

technology leaders to help customers design resilient, cloud-ready, secure, and observable

platforms. The successful candidate will define how Virtuosic Tech approaches integrated

network transformation and observability modernization rather than inheriting a mature

practice.

Key Responsibilities

● Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers across network modernization,

cloud networking, Zero Trust, observability strategy, and operational resilience.

● Lead discovery workshops, understand customer business priorities, and translate

infrastructure and operations challenges into practical technology strategies and

transformation roadmaps.

● Design contemporary enterprise architectures spanning campus, branch, data center, cloud

networking, SD-WAN, hybrid connectivity, SASE, APM, distributed tracing, log

analytics, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes observability, cloud observability, and SRE

practices.

● Develop executive-ready proposals, solution architectures, pursuit materials, and

technical estimates in partnership with Enterprise Sales.

● Provide technical leadership across network and observability ecosystems, guiding

customers on architecture choices based on resilience, performance, operational





efficiency, and business outcomes rather than vendor preference.

● Build the combined Network Platforms & Observability consulting capability, including

methodologies, accelerators, reference architectures, assessment frameworks, and

reusable consulting assets.

● Mentor consultants and architects, establish delivery guardrails, and support future

hiring as the practice scales.

● Stay engaged during major programs to ensure architectural integrity, review solution

decisions, and support teams through key transformation milestones.

Required Experience

● 10–15+ years of experience in enterprise networking, infrastructure consulting, cloud

networking, observability engineering, SRE, platform engineering, or enterprise

architecture.

● Strong background in consulting or professional services, especially in client-facing

solutioning and transformation programs.

● Experience engaging senior customer stakeholders such as CIOs, CTOs, enterprise

architects, and operations leaders.

● Proven strength in workshops, executive presentations, proposal development, and

translating business challenges into architecture strategy.

Technical Expertise

● Deep expertise in enterprise networking including SD-WAN, software-defined

networking, hybrid connectivity, cloud networking, Zero Trust, SASE, network

security, and infrastructure modernization.

● Strong expertise in observability and reliability disciplines including infrastructure

monitoring, APM, tracing, logs, metrics, OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes observability,

cloud-native monitoring, SRE, and AIOps.

● Hands-on familiarity with leading platforms such as Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Palo Alto,

Fortinet, VMware NSX, Zscaler, Dynatrace, Datadog, Splunk Observability, New

Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Elastic, Azure Monitor, and AWS CloudWatch.

Pay: Up to ₹5,000,000.00 per year
