We are looking for a energetic and target-oriented Tele Counselor to connect with prospective and existing customers, understand their skincare and wellness concerns, provide appropriate information about Gleuhr's products and services, and convert leads into successful sales.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, counselling and customer-handling skills, along with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements, skincare concerns, and wellness needs.
Counsel customers and recommend suitable products, services, or treatment plans.
Convert leads into sales through effective communication and consultation.
Follow up regularly with interested and existing customers.
Handle customer queries, objections,
and concerns professionally.
Maintain accurate customer information and update CRM records.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.
Build strong and long-term customer relationships.
Coordinate with the internal team for appointments, service delivery, and customer support.
Maintain daily call and sales reports.
Ensure a positive customer experience and follow company communication standards.
Working Schedule: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (One rotational off.)
7 to 15 days (Unpaid ) training will be provided by us.
