We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Application Engineer with expertise in SOLIDWORKS. In this role, you will be responsible for presenting tailored solutions to clients, troubleshooting software issues, and ensuring that customers achieve optimal productivity through effective training and support.
Mandatory Skills:
SOLIDWORKS KNOWLEDGE, any other 3D CAD software knowledge, Simulation or PLM capabilities will be added advantage
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Solution Presentation: Engage with customers and prospects to understand their design engineering challenges and demonstrate how SOLIDWORKS can provide targeted solutions and perks.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Address software functionality-related issues, including installation problems, compatibility with OS and hardware, and any other technical challenges that arise.
- Problem-Solving:
Utilize quick thinking and technical expertise to resolve customer design-related issues and software functionality concerns efficiently.
- Training and Support: Conduct comprehensive training sessions for users on various functionalities of SOLIDWORKS, helping them achieve desired productivity levels during solution implementation.
- Customer Interaction: Maintain regular communication and conduct reviews with customers to ensure effective utilization of SOLIDWORKS and other CAD/CAM/CAE solutions.
