Tele Sales Executive – Financial Sales

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and sales skills, a target-oriented mindset, and a basic understanding of financial products.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective customers.
- Explain Mutual Funds, SIPs and other financial products clearly.
- Handle customer queries and basic objections professionally.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with financial advisors/sales teams when required.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in Tele Sales, Financial Sales, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management or Investment Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of Mutual Funds,



SIPs or other investment products.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Good follow-up and customer relationship management skills.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.

Preferred

- Experience selling Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance or other financial products.
- NISM/AMFI certification will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with strong telesales experience and an interest in financial services are encouraged to apply.
