Nigaran Green Energy Solutions Limited is a fast-growing solar energy company focused on Residential and Commercial Solar Projects. We specialize in high-quality solar installations, PM Surya Ghar Scheme processing, customer support, and energy-saving solutions across Tamil Nadu.

We are looking for energetic and customer-focused Solar Consultants & Sales Executives to help homeowners and businesses switch to solar energy solutions.

Lead Generation & Sales

- Generate residential and commercial solar leads through field visits, references, digital leads, and direct marketing.
- Explain the benefits of solar energy systems to customers.
- Promote PM Surya Ghar Subsidy Scheme and Solar Loan options.
- Conduct customer meetings and basic site assessments.
- Understand customer EB consumption and recommend suitable solar capacity.
- Prepare and explain quotations, savings calculations, EMI plans, and ROI benefits.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- coordinate with survey, operations, and installation teams.
- Collect required customer documents for project processing.
- Update customer status in CRM software.




- Ensure proper handover from sales to operations.

Customer Consultation

- Educate customers about: On-Grid Solar, Off-Grid Solar, Hybrid Solar Systems, Subsidy Procedures, Solar EMI & Loan Process, Power Generation & Savings
- Resolve customer doubts professionally.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of electricity and solar energy concepts
- Sales closing ability
- Customer handling skills
- Follow-up and relationship management
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Bachelors or Masters Degree relevant to Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics or Renewable is a Plus
- Experience in Solar Industry is also a Plus.
