Key Responsibilities

- Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, answer questions, and resolve complaints.
- Policy Administration: Process new insurance applications, manage renewals, and update policy schedules.
- Claims Handling: Coordinate with insurance providers and adjusters to ensure fast and accurate claim settlements.
- Sales and Quotations: Gather client data to generate accurate insurance quotes and promote suitable financial protection plans.
- Compliance and Reporting: Ensure all operations meet state regulations and company policies, and prepare monthly performance or claims reports.

- Communication:



Clear verbal and written skills to explain complex policy details to customers.
- Negotiation: Solid sales and persuasion abilities to close deals and resolve disputes.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate risk levels, review policy terms, and spot errors in documentation.
- Organization: Time management to track renewals, manage heavy paperwork, and meet company sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
