Job Profile – Field Sales Manager

Position: Field Sales Manager – Travel & Transport
Industry: Travel & Tourism / Car Rental
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 3+ years in Travel, Tour & Transport Sales preferred

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular field visits to travel and tour companies, hotels, corporate offices, and event companies.
- Promote the company’s Urbania, Tempo Traveller, and other rental vehicle services.
- Generate bookings for outstation tours, airport/station transfers, corporate trips, weddings, events, and group tours.
- Develop and maintain B2B tie-ups with new travel agents and tour operators.
- Maintain daily records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and booking status.
- Share rates and quotations with clients and effectively close bookings.
- Build solid relationships with existing clients and generate repeat business.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base within Delhi NCR.

Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with field sales and regular client visits.




- Confident in communicating and negotiating with decision-makers at travel agencies, hotels, corporate offices, and event companies.
- Prior experience in the Travel & Tourism / Tour & Transport industry will be preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently in the field.
