We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Telemarketing Executive to drive growth across two distinct verticals: comprehensive insurance solutions and premium travel experiences. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for identifying their needs, pitching the right products, generating qualified leads, and closing sales over the phone.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate daily calls to warm leads and prospective clients to promote insurance policies, mutual funds, and custom tour packages.
- Needs Assessment: Listen actively to understand client requirements, whether they are looking to secure their financial future or plan their next vacation getaway.
- Product Consultation: Explain complex insurance terms, premium perks,
and travel itineraries clearly and convincingly.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM database.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume metrics and monthly revenue targets across both the travel and financial verticals.
- Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell products (e.g., offering travel insurance to holiday package clients).
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
