- Proactive handling of files for potential recovery.
- Interacting with US based attorneys, insurance companies and hospitals.
- Notifying other parties of the recovery interest; conferring with them concerning settlement.
- Maintaining accurate file documentation.
- Responding timely to all electronic,



written and verbal communications.
- Using available resources to investigate on paid claims.
- Reviewing and evaluating accident or incident reports, individual claims, medical or other documents relating to funds paid.
- Adhering to established settlement authority levels.
- Evaluation, Aggressive negotiation and recoveries.
- Maintaining a high level of productivity, Quality and confidentiality
- Should be capable of taking on additional responsibilities as a senior executive and contributing ideas to improve processes, while developing the skills needed to progress to the next level as an assistant manager.

Qualifications: Qualifications:

- 12 th Grade

Experience:

- 3 to 6 years’ experience in an international voice process.
- US Healthcare Experience preferred
