We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business leads through calls, referrals, networking, LinkedIn, and other online platforms.
- Identify and connect with potential clients, business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable Finbiz Global Solutions services.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate with the internal team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Maintain lead details, follow-up records, and sales pipeline updates.
- Support the team in preparing proposals and converting qualified leads into clients.
- Achieve monthly business development and sales targets.




- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the company's growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Any Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Relationship, or Lead Generation.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and handling follow-ups.
- Comfortable with calling, lead generation, and client interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and online business platforms is an advantage.
- Target-oriented with a strong interest in sales and business growth.
- Ability to learn and understand financial and business consulting services.
