Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to hire the best talent for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidate suitability.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Maintain recruitment database and candidate records.

Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.





Prepare and issue offer letters and joining documentation.

Ensure a positive candidate experience during the recruitment cycle.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing techniques.

Basic understanding of HR processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Know about Zoho People and Zoho Payroll

Qualifications:

MBA in HR (Business Administration) is mandatory
