Designation- PAINTING SUPERVISOR (Immediate Joiners Preferred)
Industry: Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) / Steel Structures
Location: Kavi Nagar Industrial Area, Ghaziabad

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor painting activities for structural steel components.
- Ensure proper surface preparation, cleaning, grinding, and painting as per specifications.
- Check paint mixing, viscosity, DFT (Dry Film Thickness), and coating quality.
- Ensure proper application of primer and finishing coats.
- Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet project requirements.
- Maintain painting records, inspection reports, and material consumption.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures during painting operations.
- Identify and rectify painting defects such as peeling, uneven coating, sagging, and insufficient DFT.




- Manage painters and ensure work is completed within the required timeline.

Requirements

- ITI / Diploma / relevant technical qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in steel structure / PEB painting work preferred.
- Knowledge of industrial paints, surface preparation, and painting equipment.
- Knowledge of DFT measurement and basic quality standards.
- Valuable team-handling and coordination skills.
