Curlys Music Academy is a growing music and psychology-oriented learning platform offering Piano, Vocals, Indian Classical Music, Bhajan Training, Rhythm-Based Learning, School Wellness Programs, and child development-focused music education.

We are looking for a sincere, professional, and growth-oriented person to support academy operations, parent communication, admissions, and institutional coordination.

Role Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsible for handling warm leads, introductory calls, demo scheduling, parent follow-ups, student admissions, teacher coordination, fee reminders, attendance records, and daily operational management.

The role also includes maintaining Google Sheets, coordinating class schedules, sending onboarding details, handling WhatsApp and phone communication professionally, and supporting school tie-ups, workshops, and partnership activities.

Skills Required





Robust communication skills, polite speaking ability, good organization, basic Google Sheets knowledge, WhatsApp handling, patience, emotional intelligence, and interest in education, music, psychology, or child development.

Preferred Candidate

Someone who is disciplined, presentable, comfortable speaking with parents and institutions, and willing to grow with the academy.

Nagpur / Pune / Hybrid / Online Coordination

Compensation

Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives based on admissions, school tie-ups, workshops, and operational performance.
